I recently upgraded my phone on the 1st of April 2013 to a tablet Samsung GT-P3100. I did the routine check on the physical defects on the tablet and it was working fine. It later came to light when I wanted to load stuff on the tablet that I checked the storage internal that revealed that it was a 4.5gig.
I took it back to the place where I did my upgrade of which I was told the following information that was not satisfying. It was said thus follows:
1.The hard drive was partitioned.
2.The other partition which you do not see is for the android application and operating software.
3.The revealed one is the 4.5gig that is the space you have left. (Does not make sense)
My response was that I was to see all the storage hard drive that have been set for the tablet that are indicated outside, thus the one that I want to see. I bought this product with a specific need to be catered and not hidden spec. The hidden specs have nothing to do with me. All I want my full specs.
You do not buy hidden things but thing that are in the open and I believe this is false advertising the product.
