I bought a fridge from Dion Wired in Fourways Cedar Square, 4 days later they deliver, however they cannot fit it through our door, they then leave the fridge outside and ask us to contact a technician at Samsung (which would cost beteween R450 and R650) apart from the R27, 500 we just paid for the fridge! The contact centre (Shelane) then promises that a technician would come out after numerous calls to both Samsung and Dion, nothing has happened. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from these companies. Really has put me off from dealing with them for good!
