Matrix Warehouse Computers
Terabyte External Hard Drive

In October 2013 I purchased a Terabyte External Hard Drive from Matrix Warehouse Bloemfontein Mimosa Mall, after the 2nd back up on the external hard drive I attempted to do a pc back up for the 3rd time in beginning December. Only using the External Hard Drive once a month for back up's. When I plugged the USB cable into the external hard drive the socket pushed into the external hard drive and broke of, rendering the External Hard Drive useless. I took the device back to Matrix Warehouse Bloemfontein Mimosa Mall to find out what to do. Firstly the technician (Pieter) told me that this has happened in the past with the same type of External Hard Drive and that they are going to send it to their H/O in GP. Only to find out a month later after numerous emails and calls on feedback that the warranty does not cover the port breaking of inside the External Hard Drive. According to the manager Henri Uitenweerde it is my problem. He can't do anything for me and what do I want from him. I want service... that is what I want... The manager also quoted me " You are welcome to collect the hard drive at your earliest convenience" What must I do with a hard drive that is not working???
