MY MOM IS DUE FOR AN UPGRADE AND UP IN GAUTENG FOR HOLIDAY. WENT TO FOURWAYS MALL MTN SHOP TO UPGRADE, OWEN ADVISED THEM 7 DAYS AND SHE WILL HAVE HER PHONE. WENT THIS MORNING AND WAS ADVISED BY ANDRE THAT IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS.BY THEN MY MOM WILL BE BACK HOME. FOURWAYS MALL STUFFED AROUND, CEDAR SQUARE SAYS 4 DAYS, WHAT THE... HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE TO GET AN UPGRADE DONE
