I am highly dissapointed in Vodacom, whom has been my preferred cellular supplier.

I went into the vodacom store in Fourways Mall last week and after waiting an hour i was informed that the store didn't have stock of the Samsung S4 mini in WHITE. Kaya informed me that he would contact me when they have in stock. I received a call from Kaya the following Tuesday to inform me that they have the Samsung S4 in white. so i raced to the store after work to finally upgrade my contract. After waiting for 30 min, Kaya informes me that they don't have white in stock and that they only had black, red, blue and purple. After much dissapointment and the urgency to have a working phone, i said i would take black. Kaya then informs me that they don't have black after telling me they do. i was furious!!! I was then forced to take the blue phone. After contracts were signed i asked kaya "how do i get my information from my old blackberry across to my new phone"- he did not have a clue neither could fellow colleagues assist. After getting home after being in vodacom for 1.5hrs, i opened the phone package to find a colour i didnt like. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
