My 24 month contract ended at the end of August. I chose not to renew. Mtn still continue to bill me. I called their call centre about the account. they said i was suppose to go and cancel my contract. the lady I was speaking to she said she will trans-fare me to the cancellation department. the line kept on ring for more than 30 minutes. is there any way I can get this done. without having to go to MTN store
