CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I am trying to cancel a contract with MTN 0832515304 which is due today. I have struggled for 30minutes but still had no joy. I initially called MTN (808) at 07h45 to cancel my contract but stay on pay as you go. I was advised to call at 08h00 for the cancellation department. I called as directed and spoke to Mapitso who advised me to call 809 number for corporate contracts. I called 809 as directed and spoke to a guy Raulen (if spelled correctly) who told me to dial 0839003325 for cancellation. I called this number and spoke to Tebogo who referred me back to call 808 number as they are the one who are suppose to be dealing with cancellations. I refused to be taken from pillar to post and wanted MTN to call me back to resolve the issue. I spoke to Tebogo's supervisor by the name of Calvin, though appreciating his time to take my call, because it's not his department dealing with cancellation. But fact is it is almost 4hours since I called and I am still waiting for a call from the responsible department to give me a ring so that I can cancel my contract and hoping that MTN won't be billing me for another month for a contract that they seem to be failing to cancel.
