I have two contracts with Vodacom, one has expired in August, I called in to check why my bill due in October still includes charges for the expired contract and was advised that I have to call the contract cancellation department to cancel the contract. I have been trying since the 1st of September and have never gone beyond the answering machine. I get a feeling this is deliberate from Vodacom and they just want to bill their contracted customers endlessly. I have today made an effort to seat on the phone for 30 minutes which for me proves there's not anyone at the other end to assist me if I can wait on a line for a private company this long not knowing what number I am on the line
To make things worse, I cannot afford to pay for the expired contract anymore, that's why I did not Upgrade or renew and very soon I won't make the payment which will eventually go against my name at ITC, which is so unfair to their Customers
