I have a contract phone with cell c but now my contract with them ended last year October but they are still debiting, I call the call center and they are telling me about the clause which doesn't even make sense to me even the person explaining doesn't understand it also. its not only my responsibility to cancel its also cell c 's responsibility to cancel, what if I have forgotten than my contract ended does that mean they will have to debit forever. if the contract ends they should send us sms like other providers do to let us know if we want to renew it or cancel it. we agreed on 24 months not 26 months. I need the money they have been debiting since its over 24 months now. please
