I've been finding it difficult to cancel my 24-month contract which ended last month because the email & fax you provided do not work. Email says its full and fax is always busy. The fact that you keep calling me to upgrade and I can sign up for a new contract but your Cancellation Department seems to be non-existent is just plain mind boggling. Telkom/8ta/Telkommobile is one entity so I should be able to cancel at the nearest Telkom Store but its a mission. I have 3 accounts with Telkom. This should not even take more than a phone call to cancel a contract that has already run its 24month course.
