I CONTACTED VODACOM 2 MONTHS AGO TO GIVE NOTICE WITH REGRDS TO THE CANCELLATION OF MY CONTRACT AND THEY ADVISED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE AND CANCELLED, I EVEN TOLD THEM THAT I NI LONGER REQUIRE THEIR NUMBER AS WELL (0798871358 AND YET THEY DIDN'T CANCEL MY NUMBER BUT CHANGED IT INTO PREPAID.MY CONTRACT ENDED END OF JUNE 2013 AND YET I RECEIVED A STATEMENT FOR JULY 2013, THIS IS UNACCEPABLE.I CALLED THEIR CALL CENTRE FROM MY CELL PHONE 0725383534 AND THE LADY THAT ANSWERED PUT ME THROUGH TO THE CONTRACT DEPARTMENT AND I SPOKE TO A VERY USELESS, INCOMPETENT SAM WHO PUT DOWN THE PHONE ON ME AND NEVER ASSISTED, I ASKED HIM TO PUT ME THROUGH TO HIS TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER BUT HE PUT THE CALL BACK INTO THE HUNTING LINE AND NO ONE ANSWERED UNTIL I EVENTUALLY DROPPED THE CALL.I NO LONGER WANT THIS CONTRACT LINE AND I HAD PAID MY LAST INVOICE IN JUNE AS IT'S WHEN IT ENDED, IM NOT PREPARED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING ELSE GOING FORWARD, I HAD REQUESTED THIS CANCELLATION WAY IN ADVANCE AND I REFUSE TO BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION FEES.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.I WANT SAM TO BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY AND I DEMAND A WRITTEN APOLOGY FROM HIM AND HIS SUPERIOR OR ELSE I AM ESCALATING THIS MATTER EVEN FURTHER
