Its with great sadness, frustration and anger that I'm writing this, This is my second letter to mtn as i was given the wrong email address to complain by one of your SUPERVISORS Prudence
Past 3 months i have received the most pathetic service in my life and that's a real shame because i have always considered mtn as the best...
Firstly: The service i have receive from customer service is beyond pathetic and unprofessional.. Everybody just advise they'll fix it and up to today my query is still not solved..
I have just spoken to a consultant named Donne Scharneck and asked for the complains email and after putting me on hold for 10min, was told you don't have a complains department.. After blowing a gasket she put me on hold again for another 10min just to tell me to send email to her, she'll forward it.. I mean, SERIOUSLY? Is that how u serve your customers, is that the training they get? You would think the Supervisors knows better but Prudence just proved that they all the same at mtn.
Secondly: Since my upgrade 3 months ago, i have been charged for BIS R51.75 (3 months) and mtn credit my account with R36 bt upgraded to a S3, Regret the upgrade and Truly disappointed at mtn MXM
