In May 2013 my 24 moth cellphone contract ended but they are billing me, no one asked if i want to continue with the contract, upgrade or cancel it. when i call the call centre the agent tells me she doesn't do cancellations i must try tomorrow. "there is nothing to cancel my contract ended and i did not agree to continue, update it."
prior this i was charged for data i did not subscribe to for which they took me back and forth to cancel.
