Please assist me urgently?
I am unable to contact Cell C's legal department since I can not get any further than a Customer Care agent. Every ime they put me through to the Legal department, the phone rings and rings and nobody answers!
I have sent numerous emails, I have tried phoning, I have sent an email via the Cell C website, but nobody contacts me?
Please I want to make arrangements to sort out some issue with my Contract Cell number. I received a letter in the post from Cell C today, but I have already made two big payments and the arrears amount is paid i n full. Yet, I get a letter of demand from Cell C for all the months outstanding till March?
Please can somebody from your Legal department contact me urgently please?
I do not know what else to do to get Cell C to contact me regarding this matter.
Your agent Khagiso/Thagiso said if I pay the arrear amount, everything will be fine, but as soon as I did that, 2013/10/19, I received a letter of demand in the post today for more money?
