I had taken out a 24 month cell phone contract with Cell C in August 2011 . To my knowledge
the contract should have ended in August 2013.
Furthermore, the contract Sim in question was, so I had blocked it and informed
Cell C however I am still being debited for this.
I called the call centre and was told that after the 24 month period I should I have called to cancel
the contract. I find it strange that Cell C would still be debiting me knowing well that the SIM card is
no longer in use and I haven't received a new SIM. SO I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR NOTHING!!!
I would really appreciated a good excuse for this terrible service!
