I took out a contract 5 May 2011. it was a 2 year contract which ended 31 May 2013. they disconnected my line because they say that i did not pay for the contract. to my knowledge this contract has already ended and i did not choose to continue. the contract should have ended as per our written agreement. they disconnected the contract last week and debited my banking account twice!
I called the call center and spoke to: lihle and she told me that i should have written to 8ta to say that i would like to cancel.
then i told her that that was not what i was told. i was told that the contract would end after 2 years exactly.
she said that she would log the cancellation on the system and gave me a reference number (case number: 623862). she also said that the line would be activated within 2 days but it has already been 1 week and my line is still disconnected.
