I recently got a Samsung S4 via Vodacom on contract, i am paying quite a monthly sum for this phone and services, After aprox 2.5 months my phone suddenly stopped working. I decided not to tamper with it an took this straight through to the VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE SANDTON CITY I was told 10 - 14 working days - a week later i was told my phone was going through the QC process "Quality Check" - then was called to collect my phone.

The JOKE is my phone was not workable AT ALL - and the phone seemed to have been reinstalled - the buttons were not working - took the better of 5minutes to start up . and when you tried to navigate the phone froze?? and this was in VODACOMS eyes REPAIRED?? ONCE again went back to them and re-booked my phone in. It has ben another week NO PHONE - apparantly this has been escalated and no-one has called me at all or reassured me.

I contacted the repair centre and aksed for a manager to call be back i spoke with SIBUSISO and he assured me 09-10-2013 a manager will contact me by close of business .. and NOT to my SUPRISE - yup NO phone call.

I challenge VODACOM to correct this .. guess i still will not hear from them
