There are concerns about the conduct of quantity surveyor, Valentina Sega. She does not know what she is doing and has spoken in an angry, abrupt, dismissive and disrespectful manner during interactions, and has been overheard swearing under her breath and making racist remarks. As a young and inexperienced surveyor still developing her people skills, mistakes have understandably been made.
