On the 27th of December I sent my Iphone 5 in to the Centurion Branch of Vodacom due to a battery problem, over 13 days I had initially went to the Istore in centurion where they ran diagnostics on the phone and said the battery is failing and i should take it to vodacom they were extremely helpful., so i booked it in with the vodacom store, then I was told that my phone had been dispatched to the advanced repair centre, that the phone had been received at the advance repair centre, then it was in the quality assesement process, then it was dispatch from the advance repair centre, then finally it was ready for collection.

When I went to collect my iphone they said no action had been taken as find my phone was turned on so why didnt they make a simple phone call to let me know there was a problem. I mean they are a communications company so comunicate.

I am self employed so having my phone is essential to my business, now i have been with out my phone for two weeks yet no one can say for certain wehn i will have a working phone back.
