Terrible service Vodacom in Mandela Square

Absolutely terrible service from the Sandton Repair Centre. Checked-in my phone for repairs at the beginning of December, received an exchange phone on the in the first week of January only to find that it didn't work. The consultant assured me that it would be a 48 hour exchange as the replacement phone was faulty. 120 hours later, when I call to find out why I still haven't received a replacement phone - I find out that the consultant forgot to indicate the nature of the problem, and so the phone will have to go through another 14 working days repair process. Well done Vodacom. What excellent staff you have employed - the error was their's yet the inconvenience falls on loyal customers. Think it's about time I gave another network a try. Oh and the manager Abdul Ebrahim did not come to the phone when I asked to speak to the manager, and I am still waiting for him to contact me like the consultant ensured me he would. To make matters worse, the consultant then advises me to contact the repair centre directly and tell them I am not happy with having to wait 10-14 working days for my phone to be repaired - shouldn't the she contact the repair centre and remedy her mess?
