Phone repair now 9 weeks!!!

I reported on 25 May that my cellphone was handed in @ Vodacom Brooklyn early April for repair. The screen on Samsung Siii stopped working. It went to Vodacom repair centre and after I received quote, before I could pay, it was recalled to Brooklyn as they decided to "change repair shops" almost 3 weeks wasted. It then went to Repair Centre in Potch (why so far???) and quote of R2000.27 received... I paid it on 30 April and was told repair would be 10 days. I called every week and told "still working on it". On 23 May I phoned they said my Samsung was leaving for Brooklyn that day UNREPAIRED AS I HAD NOT PAID.Proof of payment sent to them 30 April according to FNB and it was the correct email address and correct job number reference. I was livid that phone lay around for almost a month. WHY DID NO-ONE CALL??? I was told that it would be given urgent attention... I said one technician is to do nothing but work on my phone and I want it within 48 hrs. Told it was receiving urgent attention (in writing). 12 more days has passed and no phone. My 6 mth old phone now lying around now 2 months and treated how? Vodacom save face & replace my phone .. small price 2 pay for you
