No warm water in watd

My father has been in Steve Biko for almost two weeks now, and since his arrival in ward 9.3, there has been no warm water for the patients to take a proper shower.

This is unacceptable. As a health provider, the lack of warm water for these patients to clean themselves is concerning. How can we maintain healthiness under these conditions?

Patients need to be clean and well-cared for to prevent the spread of germs and to avoid infections that pose health risks.

Please attend to this problem as soon as possible.
