Nonsense service not worthy of my 14yrs of loyalty

I booked my phone in for the audio jack port to be repaired at vodacom repairs centre in crests mall on 28/04/2013 job number 8802452 I was never provided with any feedback the whole time my phone was away these people didn't even know where my phone was half the time like calling the repair center each and every person there seems to be just useless beyond words I accepted the quote to repair the device more that 5 on 5different occasions and still they would have the nerve to ask me if I would like to accept the quote every time did call to query repair status eventually I I requested my phone be returned to me since their whole process was a complete waste of my time I then went to collect my phone 29/05/2013 a whole month later only to find the vodacom repair centre has now damaged my phone the touch screen was suddenly not working and I'm being told its liquid damage this phone screen was replaced in January and there has been no liquid damage to my phone how can I deliver a phone with only one problem and have to collect it suddenly not working.
I'm still in disbelieve at the sheer incompetence and unprofessional behavior or all the vodacom consultants this past 2months
