VODACOM - HEAD OFFICE

I am required to pay my overdue account to some attorneys. However, I was advised by a Vodacom consultant to pay on the Vodacom Pty Ltd account. I have tried all Vodacom numbers to call, but they keep transferring me to the next person or it just does not allow me to pass through because my ID number is invalid. Can anyone assist me?
