Wish there was a great way to put this, but I am that no one from vodacom seems to know what's happening, I upgraded my contract to a blackberry Q5 on top up R135 plus 100mb data, plus unlimited bbm messaging which they say, but to me its all a lie, I was debited, R319 end on september 2013 topd up with my air time n data the next day, 3days later balance on 0.00, data I used up, but airtime I only used for 2 calls which was max 8minz, rest bbm messaging used up, I call the vodacom customer care, explain the situation. To a consult, then I tell him I gaurintee u if I load airtime my bbm will start working, he said no, so I load airtime, 2minz later messages start pouring in, I call again, and all they can do is, log a call for me, and all I get is a SMS saying, your problem as been restored pleas rate my service, I rate it useless, looking for ways to make money out of customers, vodacom needs to pay for all the airtime I loaded just so I could use the bt10 unlimited service, LOL, doesn't even make sense, this problem as to be resovled, or there will be no payment made, I waste my time, effort plus money for service provider that cannot assist.
