I got myself a Samsung S4 mini and have the contract for 4 days with Vodacom. The second day i converted some airtime to 100mb of data and had more than R400 airtime remaining.

Today i discovered that i did not heave any airtime available due to Vodacom converting all my airtime in to data without my permission.

The sales person at Vodacom escalated the problem to there management but also informing me that Vodacom have the right to convert my airtime to data. I am not satisfied with the response.
