Incorrect billing and bad customer service

My account was in arrears with R150 and the amount was debited on the 25/09/2013 then i deposited the other amount on the same day then the next day on the 26/09/2013 my account was debited again so i logged a query with the call centre for a refund and i received an sms advising me that my query will be attended within 7 working days and i still haven't received my money, today when i called the contact centre i got no assistance and the agent Funa placed me on hold for 10 minutes when i requested to speak to her supervisor and i still do not have my money.
