Have not received my Top Up Airtime on my contract

I upgrade my contract in October to a top up 275 with Vodacom and received my Galaxy S4 mini. The first month I had no issues with my contract I received the correct airtime and I also took out extra on my contract a 1 Gig data.
In the beginning of this month I did not receive any airtime on my top up contract from Vodacom or any data. I phoned on Saturday and logged a complaint and they loaded my contract with a recurring 1 Gig data, however I also wanted to find out why the airtime for my top up contract was not loaded onto my phone as of yet. At the call centre they said that they will open a case for me and get back to me within two days. Yesterday they phoned me and said they don't know what the problem was and that my airtime will be loaded on my top up contract. I am currently still waiting for the airtime to be loaded to my contract. I was just at Vodacom Shop in City Mall Klerksdorp, North West Province and even they could not assist me in this regard. At the moment I feel that I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom for the poor services that I have received over the past few days.
