Airtime disappears

I called vodacom thrice regarding my airtime slowly disappearing from phone. 1st call - it is watsapp that is apparently taking my time. (I have BIS for this, if i have no airtime my watsapp still works fine). Tried closing watsapp properly as i was asked and load airtime and check again. The same thing happened air time gone within a day. 2nd call - you need to call blackberry and they will sort it out for you because from our side there is no problem. In order to make calls switch off DATA and it wont eat you airtime (yet again i have BIS and everything works fine when i don't have airtime). Ok so how do i get bbm texts - switch on your data. Really!!! I then decided to call for the 3rd time - this time is was told i am downloading from internet. I said no i am not and i am monitoring this situation very closely. The agent insists it is internet taking my air time (i have BIS for this). She says i might be downloading something, i thought maybe it is my emails that download the pics automatically as the agent said. so deactivated that and yet still the same. After 3 calls and 3 different reasons my airtime is still disappearing and no one knows why. Help me!!!
