Monthly Data bundle and airtime not allocated

I changed my wife's cellphone contract to a top-up 135 in Oct 2013 effective 01 Nov 2013 with a 1 Gig data bundle and 200 SMS bundle. Since then every month there is some kind of issue first they did not load the Airtime, after multiple calls to Vodacom eventually by die middle of Dec 2013 it was sorted. The at the beginning on Jan 2014 the data bundle was not loaded, and having a S3 smart phone that needs data to function the airtime was used as data causing the airtime to be finished in 3 days. I phoned again and again they telling me that it will take 48 hour to fix. It is not the 08 Jan 2014 and the problem is still not sorted.
