Crazzzzyyyy billing!!!

Hi my name is Judith

I've just upgraded with Vodacom from a Blackberry to a Nokia lumia 820. I am on the business call top 200s which means i will only receive a R200 worth of airtime with no data, so if i don't have airtime or if i have not purchased any data i would not be able to go on the internet at all.

I cant load airtime or see my airtime balance so i decided to phone vodacom to ask about my balance which was a ridiculous amount since i am not suppose to be able to go on the internet if i do not have airtime or data.

I am suppose to pay R414, but i made it my point to register and log onto their site just to find out that my bill stands at a wapping R1, 104, how it got that high, they alone would know, and now they expect me to pay the money by 7 December 2013. Their consultants don't know what is going on and no-one seems to be able to help me, they cant even help me with checking my airtime balance. I cannot pay for something i did not agree to nor something that is not my fault, i really need assistance and a correction to my bill/account!!!
