Paying for bbm which is suppose to be free

Contract was upgraded over a mnth ago, had a problem where I pd for my bbm even though my contract indicated free and unlimited bbm service for 24mnths. Kim from hellopeter assisted me last month and I assumed the problem would be resolved. 1 dec 2013 I received my airtime and data bundles, between 8-13 my data services was turned off. on the 13th December I turned it back on at about pass 12 noon, the evening my data bundles was depleted and my bbm stopped working. Now I would like to know why this is the case if it is free and unlimited. I called customer care which is never kept in the loop of what happens because the consultant Mohammed who assisted me was telling, e about 200megs of data I get with this contract, which is totally not what I agreed upon. He logged a query S3-T9U13-30E2Z and to date no one has called me back. I loaded airtime on my phn and guess what just as before the bbm is eating my airtime away. If there is anyone in Vodacom who knows what they are doing it would come and snow in Jhb 2mrrw. I would like this problem resolved immediately as I am not going to continue pumping airtime into phn that the bbm eats which to my knowledge was suppose to be free.
