Vodacom cannot explain were my airtime as gone

To whom it may concern
i bought 500 megabites on friday the 29/11/2013 and which was depleted on Monday the 02/12/2013. I called vodacom and spoke to three call agents which could not help me find out what happend to my airtime, the firt two said that they activated the airtime and the airtime was used on the interenet, i did not receive and sms stating i recieved airtime, and the third agent said he cant help me at all he cant see what happend to the airtime. if vodacom did pay the airtime in my account which i no they did not why did the interent take my airtime and not the data i had. now i must run around trying to find vodacoms problem, THIS IS BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOM!!!
