BAD SERVICE, SLOW RESPONSE

I logged a complaint 2 weeks ago on this site. The next day I received a call from Mtn and yet again no response for 2 weeks. my ref isMTN REQ:2682615 . also please note that pert of my complaint was the bad security or no security at the Rietfontein Mtn Boksburg branch. We were held at gunpoint and I urged Mtn to take action at this site. Last week Friday the shop was robbed again and as far as I'm concerned it's the 3rd time this year... so stay away from this shop. I'm also waiting on response regarding my account and bad service... What also surprises me is that when we log call Mtn website or their call centres there is absolutely no feedback, but when you put this on this site they are quick to respond. So to follow the correct route does not work at all.
