They promised 4th Otcober 2013!!

I have been waiting and waiting for telkom to fix our echange and our line to no avail. In september they promised it will be fixed 4th oct. i have requested updates EVERY SINGLE WEEK and even this morning and they said EVERYTHING IS SCHEDULED AS PLANNED AND SHOULD FINNISH.

So imagine my surprise when earlier tonight i got this tweet:
Hi, cut over was delayed again because project was rejected. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Will advise ones we have answers. ^HR

so even when they said everything is fine .. its got delayed once again but the worst part is: THE PROJECT WAS REJECTED. this is a big project which we got told was allready underway. and it was done apparently.

how do you not know that a project was rejected until halfway thru the day that they promised the fix?
this was my tweet to them yesterday with their response below:

@TelkomZA is my line going to fixed tomorrow or was that yet another empty promise? In which case you can just pay my money back for 8 mnths

@LeMoNxaH Hi, that is the foreseen date. Will let you know if there is any delays. ^HR

They are not going to fix this i want my 8 months of monthly payments back they owe me R4800 for non-service
