Incorrect billing---stil no response

I am so sick and tired of the pathetic service from cell c... been trying to sort out my account for 3 weeks now. after calling the call center numerous times and going into the capegate cell c and speaking with Darren i eventually logged this complaint last week on this site. Got a phone call 2 days later from Blanche with a promise of them getting back to me... still nothing. CELL C U ARE PATHETIC. what must one do to get a response out of you. i have to day requested the bank to unpay my dr ord. do u not value your clients cause i think i need to shop else where now. Are u going to redeem yourselves or not??? i can only take calls before 9 clock or after 3.30 .
