Our house alarm went off this morning at around 04h26 and the response vehicle only turn up at 04h44? I have called RSS this morning around 08h40 to complain, was advised that William would call me back. I have sent a mail via the web-site and at 13h37 called again as I have received absolutely no response from RSS. I am then told, "sorry there is no-one in the office at present to take your call as we are moving to new offices".
I am left with very little confidence in the service delivery and professionalism of RSS
