I placed an order online with The Pro shop on the 4th of Jan 2014.
It is now the 16th, nearly 2 weeks later and I should be enjoying my items.
But alas no items. I emailed to follow up on the 9th. No response. I emailed on the 13th. no response.
Finally i phoned on the 15th and was sent an email address to mail to again...
I admit that on the 16th the manger did respond and said he would follow up. But he hasn't gotten back to me today.
Thus i am very disappointed in the service provided. I expect more from the best golf shop in South Africa...
I would love to know when i can actually expect my items and what will be done about the delay since the site advertises courier delivery for items over R500...
I would appreciate feedback and also would like to know how the pro shop will be softening the blow of this experience...
