2 months and still no line and being invoiced

Okay what a joke Telkom is they respond to your complaint on this site and nothing happens, the last response was they would expadite my complaint with the relevant department but supriSe supriSe nothing happend. I am still waiting for my line transfer since 1 December 2012 and to top it all off I am being invoiced for a line I do not have who ever responds to this site is full of it and actually does nothing but get paid to respond on this site to make it seem like Telkom actually gives a. Let's see what the oops sorry response will be now.
Even the call centre has expadited this problem 6 times lol lmao Telkom
