Good day,
Due to the limitation of space on this site, I logged a complaint via ADT's website on Friday 5th April. I then received an automated email with the following response - Thank you for your enquiry, we will be in touch with you within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays). As this was a Friday, I thought that waiting until Wednesday would be a reasonable amount of time for a Manager | Supervisor to contact me, but to date, no one has even bothered.
For a security company that claim to always be there for you, you can really offer very poor service & leave me with no choice but to consider moving my business elsewhere, where the people in whom I place the safety & security of my family & home, I can trust.
