ADT Always there?? Don't think so!!!

I have been trying to get a response from ADT regarding an incorrect bill. I have phoned 4 times (everytime a new consultant who requires an explanation of the nature of complaint), I have emailed them and also emailed on their site. They promise to come back to you within 24-48 hours. Well guess what??? NO RESPONSE!!
The only way to get a response appears to be from this site. I am so ready to cancel my contract!
Lets see what happens.
