In a matter of 10 minutes time 2 people were robbed, and another lady nearly robbed from her purse.. My cellphone was and another lady's purse was from her handbag. At the moment that I reported my phone to the consultant on the floor, another customer said to me that 2 ladies almost robbed her from her purse a few minutes earlier. When I asked security to look on the cameras if they can see who the robbers were so we can call the police or the center security, to help track down my cellphone and the other lady's purse, they were slow to respond.
There were 2 security ladies monitoring the cameras, how could they not pick this up. So many people robbed in such a short space of time in one store. I will not shop there again. Quicker response and more sharp security behind the cameras would have lead to the robbers being caught.
