Hello Peter
this is actually not a complaint but a request, A person places a report on your site the Suppliers reply with the same boring email as the previous guy there is no one on one action to show that customers actually are happy with there response, In The suppliers section they can respond twice or three times, I want to respond on there response I do not want to know that they received my mail and will contact me I want them to explain on hello peter what went wrong apologise if it is there fault and I will be able to respond to all there response's.
Just a Thought that I am sure many people will enjoy than getting the same response as the previous Guy that complained.
