I would sincerely like to thank Olfa Solomons of Pick 'n Pay (Customer Relations Manager Western Cape) for the speed and manner in which she resolved a complaint I lodged with their head office. I had a very humiliating and unpleasant experience with one of their third-party security service providers at their Longbeach Mall branch. The correct protocol clearly wasn't followed by the security official concerned. Olfa's office was quick to respond after I had lodged my complaint and arranged a meeting between Olfa, myself, Wahied Daniels (the branch assistant manager who was on duty at the time of the incident) and the Managing Director of the security firm concerned. I must commend all three individuals for the time that they took out of their schedules to come and see me and for the professional and empathetic manner in which they dealt with the matter. It has reinstilled my faith in Pick 'n Pay's commitment to ensuring that their customer service offering is what it ought to be - a top priority. Thanks once again to all concerned.
