No answer after 4 calls to the support line

I wanted to find out the following from Axxess:

- why my internet downloading speeds are so low recently
-what my control panel login details are (the "password reset" email never came through)
- tried phoning the call centre from 17:40 up to 20:00, each call I waited longer than 5min, 2 off them was longer than 10min, with no answer.
-i sent a email from the websites support service and a normal email directed to their "support" email account asking them to phone me as I wanted to upgrade my internet line from a 1mb to a 4mb, but no response.

I wanted this done immediately as you advertise it this way... and will now have to wait before I can download the things I wanted on the 02.10.2013...

I cant imagine how frustrating it must be if someone has a serious problem with their internet, as nobody answers to assist...
