I've been with Axxess a month now, after having moved to a new house and making the decision based on price.
During the course of the last month I've tried to contact axxess three times on various issues, ranging from email servers that didn't respond, intermittent internet connectivity and slow internet connection (a download speed of 24kbps on a 4mpbs line is slow). Every time I give axxess support desk, apparently a 24 hour support line, a call I stop holding on after 15minutes with no answer. Doing IT development in the call centre industry I'm well aware of acceptable answering times and customer service and this is far from it. After being with axxess for a month I'm already considering moving to a different provider.
Is this truly what axxess wants? To have IT professionals run into the arms of competitors? If I can't get service in a personal capacity how can I expect service for my customers?
