Slowest Internet Speeds in South Africa

I bought an Axxess DSL account, due to the special they were running. It worked great for -3 hours maybe less. After that 3 hours the download speeds went so bad i couldnt even run a successful speed test, it hang in the middle with the speed constantly reducing. Even browsing and streaming were affect. Of course Axxess would love to pass the buck and blame my line. However i switched to my other ISP account and i got 100% full speeds, so obliviously it is not my line. I did apply for a refund as soon as i noticed that. I would say at least the support got back to me quick, but that was just to ask my id, apparently they cant look that up when i log it while signed in with the account on their site. I am only actually getting a legit response today (06/12/2013), 5 days after logging the ticket. Apparently they will not refund me. And they seem to think its just cause of their management. If their Protocol management affects a 10Mb account so badly that you get a 384kb or less line, something is seriously wrong. hopefully people will read this and stay away from Axxess. I am not the only one experiencing this bad speeds.
