AXXESS BAD SERVICE MONTH AFTER MONTH

I jointed Axxess about a month or 2 ago and since I joined it's been a uphill battle. I had to struggle with Axxess because on they website i cancelled a service and downgraded a service and both those changes on their website did not work even after I received a confirmation email. So I got charged double what I should be paying. I also have had slow internet from the ISP and reported it and I have also tried to setup Static IP, but Axxess support also couldn't help.

Now they upgraded my service from 10Meg to a 20Meg without my consent or without notice and now im again paying double I should be paying. I have been waiting for a response from Axxess since 1-November, still no reply...
