Axxess debited my bank account on the 28th of October 2013 when our agreement was the FIRST of every month. This was a huge inconvenience for me as my pay day is only the 31th October 2013.

Called them and all they could do is apologise and insist it is an error which they cannot do anything about.
After wasting my work time and 3 phone calls which I was forced to do because they claim to have not received the last message of my support ticket. Although I have a screen shot of the support ticket in my Axxess control panel.

Finally after explaining my story to 3 different people I got through to a David Gunston who offered me 30% discount on my next bill.

Axxess didn't even offer any kind of compensation for my inconvenience I had to ask them.
Think twice before you use Axxess, there are many other ISP's.
