I have been using Axxess ADSL since the days of dial up. I have recommended Axxess to most of my customers as I am in the IT industry, tonight - 04/11/2013 I tried getting hold of Axxess from 17:00 till 20:30 and they haven't answer my call.
The only thing I wanted from them is to reset my port at the exchange as they manage my DSL line, I phoned Telkom and they helped me in 2 minutes, even this time of night.
I am really sorry Axxess, you are becoming like most of the ISP's, you started off small and your service, even after hour service was excellent, what happened? What has changed?
